If more than a minimum threshold number of boards delivered are damaged we will refund or replace the damaged boards. The minimum threshold or “wastage allowance” is specified in the order form and proforma invoice.

The wastage allowance is typically around 5%. Historical damage rates have averaged about 0.3% overall.
